You must be registered by Friday, September 14, 2012 to have your name printed in Annual Meeting program book.

2012 Registration Fees:

Governing Members* Core/Supplier Members
$950.00 Early Rate(ends July 27, 2012) Regular Rate (ends October 5, 2012) On-Site Rate
$950.00 $1,070.00 $1,225.00

*Governing Members will be registered at the discounted rate of $950.00 regardless of when you register.

You may wish to upgrade to a Governing Member and receive additional benefits:
1. Receive the discounted registration rate of $950 regardless of when you register
2. Receive a 10% discount on the price of an exhibit booth ($225 off the price of the booth)
