CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
At Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, check-in time is 3:00 pm U.S. Eastern Time. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time.

RESORT FEE:
Room rates are not inclusive of taxes and resort fees of $15.00 per day. Resort Fee includes wired & wireless internet access in your hotel room, access to fitness center, daily newspaper, local and 1-800 (toll free) telephone calls (20 minutes per call), and daily bottle water.

RESERVATION BY PHONE:
To make your hotel reservation by phone please call + 1-301-965-4000 and refer to either the group name, IAM or International Association of Movers, or group code of A-HOU12.  The discounted room rate for IAM attendees is $275.00 USD for single and double occupancy rooms.

HOTEL CUT-OFF DATE:
Discounted room rates are available until Wednesday, August 29, 2012, or while room block is still available. After Wednesday, August 29, 2012, rates will be based on availability by the Hotel.

HOTEL CANCELLATION: 
All cancellations are accepted by 3:00pm, 24 hours prior to your scheduled hotel arrival with no penalty.  If room is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to your arrival a one night room fee and tax will be charged to your credit card.  Early departure fee is one night room and tax unless reservation is changed prior to or at check-in.

TRAVEL TO/FROM AIRPORT AND HOTEL:

Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center is just a 15-minute drive from Reagan National Airport and within a 45-minute drive from Washington Dulles International and Baltimore Washington International Airports.  Below are several modes of transportation to help you arrive to our Annual Meeting.  Please note: IAM cannot guarantee pricing, availability nor service levels of any transportation company.  All use of any transportation provider is at the risk of the end user.

SHUTTLE SERVICES:
The Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center hotel offers an exclusive, express shuttle to and from Reagan National Airport, DCA (operated by SuperShuttle). The service will depart every twenty minutes from Gaylord National's front door to DCA, and every twenty minutes from DCA Airport baggage claim.
Reservations are recommended, but tickets also will be available from the SuperShuttle desk, located on the lower level of the airport, near baggage claim.
