When will the Virtual Summit take place?   
September 9-11, 2021 
 
Who can attend the Virtual Summit? 
Everyone is invited to attend the conference. This includes parents, caregivers, educators, siblings, extended family, friends and medical professionals. 
 
How do I register to attend the Virtual Summit? 
Registration will begin on July 19th. You can fill out the registration form on the registration page here to gain access to the Virtual Summit Platform. The first 100 to register will receive a PRISMS swag bag filled with PRISMS gear!
 
What is the cost of registration for Virtual Summit?  
Access to the Virtual Summit will cost $45 per attendee. We believe the Virtual Summit should be accessible to all, and we are determined to keep costs of attendance for the SMS community low. What kind of software will I need to participate in the Virtual Summit?  
An internet connection and a web browser. 
 
What device is best for accessing the Virtual Summit portal? 
The Virtual Summit platform is compatible with desktop, mobile and tablet – just about any device with internet browser access. For the best experience we recommend accessing from your desktop utilizing the Chrome, Firefox or Safari browser. We recommend you disable all pop up and ad blockers as they could interfere with the session broadcasting.  If you have issues accessing the platform or any questions, please contact 2[email protected]. 
 
What topics will be covered on the agenda? 
The conference schedule will be continually updated on the registration website, so please continue to check. The agenda can be found here. 
 
Will there be an exhibit hall?  
Yes, there will be a virtual exhibit hall that allows attendees to visit exhibitor booths, participate in product demos, interact one-on-one with the exhibitor representatives, and be eligible for any exhibitor prizes!
 
Will the sessions be recorded?  
Yes, all sessions will be recorded. Your registration fee will include an "on demand" feature, so you can access any session you choose from the conference library during (and after) the scheduled virtual summit dates. 
 
How long will the Virtual Summit be available online?   
Materials will be available for 60 days after the event.
 
Will I be able to interact with the presenters during the sessions?  
Yes, you will be able to submit questions to the speakers during the sessions.
 
Will there be a way for families to socialize virtually?  
We are planning several sessions to allow the PRISMS community to socialize and connect with each – please check the agenda for updates! 
 
Will there be an in-person conference next year?   
Yes! Save the date for the 11th Annual International Conference “PRISMS – Envision the Possibilities”. It will be held August 4th-6th, 2022 at the Hyatt Regency in Dallas, TX.
