Airport Shuttle Service
BWI Airport Marriott provides complimentary shuttle service from BWI Airport. From baggage claim, step outside to the second curb and look for the designated shuttle pick-up zone. The BWI Airport Shuttle runs every 20 minutes.

There will be a Cyber Cafe available to grab some food, eat lunch, check email, catch up with colleagues, or just relax with some coffee and watch CNN.
The lounge will also feature community partners for you to visit throughout the day. The lounge will be available at your convenience throughout the entire day.

Hotel reservations for the event need to be made by individual attendees directly with Marriott BWI reservations. You can make your reservations by calling the hotel directly at (800) 228-9290 and asking for the “Business in a Minute” group rate. You may book your reservation online here.
Reservations must be received by 3 p.m. on May 15, 2019. After this date, reservations can be made on a space and rate available basis.
