Business in a Minute is an unclassified, one-day event that consists of focused meetings scheduled throughout the day between industry attendees and NSA Government and Prime Contractor hosts. This high-energy event provides a valuable opportunity for small businesses to introduce their capabilities to both Agency and prime contractor representatives and discuss their ability to provide solutions that meet the needs of the NSA.
Attendees may request their top seven (7) choices of the NSA prime contractor hosts with whom they would like to meet and their top three (3) choices of NSA Government hosts. We will use this information to schedule three (3) Prime Contractor host meetings as well as one (1) Government host meeting for each attendee. This is a perfect opportunity for small businesses to find out about existing contracts with NSA and the needs of the Agency. We make every effort to prioritize the assignment of meetings based on your ranking of the hosts and the by the time/date of your registration, so be sure to register early!
Registration will begin at 7 a.m. and the first meetings will begin promptly at 8 a.m. The Networking Luncheon is from 11:20 a.m. to 12:40 p.m. NSA ARC and PISA sessions will run throughout the day from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Attendees are encouraged to bring concise capability statements/presentation materials to share during the meetings; electronic presentations are prohibited.
The event will take place on Thursday, June 6, 2019, at the BWI Airport Marriott, 1743 West Nursery Road, Linthicum, Maryland 21240. Hotel accommodations are available at a reduced rate of $169.00. Additional Meetings
On the day of the event, you may visit the wait list desk in the Wait List Room for the opportunity to add an additional meeting. Last year, we filled more than 120 meetings at the wait list desk.
The wait list desk will open at 7 am. Each primary attendee may sign up for the wait list one-time in the morning. Meetings will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign up for the wait list as soon as you arrive.
