Assignment of Space
Booth selection is based on the date an application is received. A 50% deposit is required within 30 days of registration to hold your booth space. Every effort will be made to assign exhibitors to one of their chosen spaces; however, the exhibit manager reserves the right to make final space assignments or change space assignments. The floor plan is subject to change without notice.
 




*Conference program information due August 15, 2014
**The Vendor Showcase is an email Newsletter that is sent two times to pre-registered attendees and ICC Members before the show and once to attendees following the show. Email is expected to reach more than 30,000 Members and attendees. The vendor listing will feature a Company Logo, Name, Description and URL. (One Conference Ad, and Vendor Showcase placement per Vendor, not booth space.)

(All booth spaces are standard 10' x 10' units or multiples thereof unless otherwise indicated. A 50% deposit is required to reserve a booth space.)
