When is my balance due?
The balance due date will be printed on the invoice that is sent to you. Normally the balance is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless it is close to the Show dates, in which case the balance is due immediately.

How many free exhibitors' badges do I get?
Each exhibitor is given one (1) free exhibitor badge for every 25 sq. ft. of exhibit space under contract.

How do I register my exhibit staff?
Exhibit staff can be added during the registration process or can be added or updated at a later time by logging into the Exhibitor Service Center.

Are exhibitor badges mailed?
No. Exhibitor badges must be picked up onsite at main registration.  Registration is located outside Hall B and C of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Broward County Convention Center.

What happens after I use all my free exhibitor badges?
Exhibitors can buy additional exhibitor badges for a fee of $25 each.

How do I get listed in the Official Conference Program?
You will be given a login and password which will allow you to log into the Exhibitor Service Center to add or update your company profile.  For listing(s) submitted after the deadline, your company name will be listed as it appears on your Application/Contract for Exhibit Space.  The deadline for updates is August 15, 2014.

What do I do with my login and password?
Visit the Exhibitor Service Center and enter your login and password. This area of the website will allow you to update your company profile, upload a company logo, access the exhibitor kit information and register staff.

Can I hang or attach booth equipment, signs, lighting, etc. from the Convention Center ceiling?
Hanging or attaching signs, exhibitry, or lighting to any part of the facility is strictly limited to island booths that have a single booth square footage of 400 sq. ft. or greater.

All in-line booths and all booths less than 400 square feet are prohibited from attaching or hanging anything whatsoever to any part of the facility.

What equipment is required for my booth?
All exhibitors are required to have some form of floor covering. Carpet is available through the Exhibitor Service Kit.

Is a pre- or post-show attendee list available for this event?
No.  ICC does not provide this information but Lead Retrieval is available for this event.  For more information visit the Resource tab of the Exhibitor Service Center.

What file formats are acceptable for advertising?
AD REQUIREMENTS
High resolution PDF, TIF, or EPS files are preferred (actual resolution 300–600 dpi). Files in QuarkXPress, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop are also acceptable. Include or embed all images and fonts when using QuarkXPress, InDesign, or EPS files. 

Images must be 300 dpi at the full display size and CMYK. (Please note: all Duotones, Indexed color, LAB, or RGB images will be converted to CMYK.)

LOGO SPECIFICATIONS
Vector graphics required (please no raster files). Illustrator EPS files preferred.
300 dpi or better @ 100%; no JPEG files.
