Also, if you are planning to join us and want to stay at the Hyatt Regency Savannah, please go ahead and make your hotel reservations as the Hyatt is filling up and they have limited availability.

EXHIBIT HOURS AND DATES


SPACE ASSIGNMENT
Exhibit space will be assigned based on sponsorships and receipts of application and payment in full on a first-come, first-served basis. GASN reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to allocate space on any other basis it deems appropriate. Exhibitors will receive an exhibit confirmation immediately after receipt of booth payment.


TERMS
No Exhibitor will be confirmed until application and payment is received.


RATES
Please note that Exhibitor Rates are good until June 1st. After June 1st Rates increase by $50.00.

  Please do not arrive early for set up. Set up will begin at 4 pm, we appreciate your cooperation.

There is approximately a $5 parcel charge depending on the size of your shipment.
