Rising Stars is a mentoring program for young stylists to be trained with key skills and knowledge that increase their confidence and experience. During this journey, they will have the opportunity to be coached and mentored through the creative process. On completion of the mentoring program each Rising Star will showcase their distinct talent from cutting, coloring and styling, from editorial to Avant Garde in an up close and personal soiree. The Color Disruptors
Lived in Color, Balayage and Ombre are hair trends that have continually evolved over the last decade and will continue to do so. Join us in this one day workshop, as we bring together four talented colorists, stylists and salon owners from around Australia as they share how they continuously disrupt and evolve their color services in salon. Jami, Sarah, Joseph and Kirby demonstrate their authentic approach to hair color and styling on live models and how they use their social media platforms to create a loyal clientele, new and existing, through capturing that perfect shot. Two phase workshop on how they are continuing to disrupt the normal to do things differently to create beautiful color, strong businesses as both stylists and salon owners, while maintaining loyal clientele.

Experience a day in the salon with Ali Holmes via the Salon Diligence seminar. All clients want to achieve their hair dreams, but it all starts with the right consultation with hair and face shape, how to guide the client through the service from start to finish and setting up the "expectation boundaries." Ali adopts a never say 'no' approach whilst making sure the client looks their best. This is achieved by numerous methods via interactive chats ensuring you get to the end result for the client.
During this Look and Learn session, Ali will showcase 2 models and outlining different scenarios that you are presented with on day to day basis. Ali is a highly skilled all round stylist that understands color and cutting in a way that only experience can give you.
