Not all states within the Fourth Circuit require MCLE, but those that do normally approve MCLE credits for the business portions of our conference. Credits approved by each state will be posted to the conference website as soon as the program content has been reviewed and certified.Filing documents to certify your attendance will be available on this website following the conference. Please be sure to sign the attendance list of each state for which you will seek MCLE credit.

No mandatory or minimum continuing legal education requirements.
South Carolina - Approved 6.75 hours The South Carolina Commission on Continuing Legal Education & Specialization has certified this program for 6.75 hours to certify this program for MCLE. http://www.commcle.org/pdf/appatt.pdf. SC Approval Certificate
Virginia - Approved 3.5 hours Application has been made to the Virginia State Bar to certify this program for MCLE. A decision is expected in early July. Follow the instructions provided on Appendix C: Uniform Certificate of Attendance or self-certify at: https://member.vsb.org/vsbportal/. West Virginia - Approved 10 hours The West Virginia State Bar has certified this program for 10 hours (including 3.3 hours of Ethics/Office Management/Substance Abuse/Elimination of Bias). Outside the Fourth Circuit:

District of Columbia No mandatory or minimum continuing legal education requirements.
New York - Approved 10 hours Reciprocal Jurisdiction (Group "B"). Use the West Virginia certificate for 10 hours (including 3.3 hours of Ethics/Office Management/Substance Abuse/Elimination of Bias). Ohio - Approved 8.25 hours The Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education has certified this program for 8.25 hours ( including 1.50 of attorney professional conduct instruction).
