Event Details

Business in a Minute is an unclassified, one-day event that consists of focused meetings scheduled throughout the day between industry attendees and NSA Government and Prime Contractor hosts. This event provides a valuable opportunity for industry and NSA personnel to assemble in a unique forum to share information and collaborate on how industry can be of service and provide solutions to meet the needs of the NSA.

Industry representatives may request their top six (6) choices of the NSA prime contractor hosts with whom they would like to meet and their top three (3) choices of NSA Government hosts. Industry representatives will be scheduled for a total of four (4) meetings. This is a perfect opportunity for small businesses to find out about existing contracts with NSA and the needs of the Agency. Priority of meetings is scheduled based on your ranking of the hosts and the order of registration, so be sure to register early!
 
Your company will also be assigned to a waitlist for additional opportunities throughout the day. Meetings and waitlist assignments are assigned based on the host selections you made during your online registration and when you actually registered on the website. Please visit the on-site waitlist desk in the Cyber Lounge on the day of the event for additional information regarding waitlist opportunities. 
 
Registration will begin at 7 a.m. and the first meetings will begin at 8 a.m. The Networking Luncheon is from 11:20 a.m. – 12:40 p.m. NSA ARC and PISA sessions will run throughout the day from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Please plan to arrive at your meetings promptly.  There will be Fort Meade Alliance staff at the meeting room entrance and inside the meeting room to help direct you. Staff will be wearing light blue shirts. If you do not arrive at your meeting by the designated start time, your meeting will be forfeited and the appointment will be filled by another company on the waitlist.  
 
Each meeting will last approximately 15 minutes. Attendees are encouraged to bring concise capability statements/presentation materials to share during the meetings. Electronic presentations are prohibited. The goal of Business in a Minute is to introduce your company to Primes and PEO's to raise awareness and generate interest that could lead to a more in depth presentation at a later date. 
 
We can not accept substitutes the day of the event. If you need to substitute an attendee, please contact Will Burns at [email protected] by close of business Friday, May 29. If a substitute's name is not pre-registered, they will not be permitted to attend your company's scheduled meetings.
