OVERVIEW

The Dialogue for Action™ is an annual national conference that convenes a diversity of stakeholders committed to realizing the lifesaving potential of cancer screening for all communities. The Dialogue emphasizes evidence-based cancer screening according to guidelines. All participants are encouraged to take the dialogue back to their communities and workplaces to promote appropriate screening.

Dialogue for Action provides participants with the opportunity to discuss tools and effective strategies across disciplines for use in both clinical and public health settings.

The 2015 Dialogue for Action: Expanding Access Through Innovation will feature the following topics:

We encourage primary care physicians (internists, family physicians, osteopaths), nurses and nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical specialists (obstetrician/gynecologists, gastroenterologists, dermatologists, surgeons and radiologists), quality team members in hospitals and insurance companies, staff from government agencies, non-profits and advocacy organizations, insurance providers, industry representatives, public health professionals, researchers and survivors to attend. It takes a village to screen for cancer appropriately!
