CPC 2020 Registration System
CPC General Information:
14-17 February, 2020
Camp San Luis Obispo, CA
Check In (Feb 14): 5pm to 2am
Check Out (Feb 17): 10:00am
General Fee: $150 (cadets and seniors)
Staff Fee: $115 (cadets and seniors -- must receive prior approval code)
Instructors: $115 (only if teaching 3 or more courses with prior approval code)
NRA Course Fee: $30 Per Person (space limited)
Please read all information prior to registering!
In order to register, you will need the following items completed prior to starting the process. You will not be able to save your work and return. It must be done all at once.
- Know your registration category (participant, staff or instructor)
- If you are an instructor or staff member, you must have your registration passcode ready.
- Have your required forms completed, signed and ready to upload (see below)
- Have a credit/debit card ready or discount/scholarship code issued by CPC.
- Be ready to review and select all classes for CPC to attend (cadets only).
If you wish to pay by cash/check, receiving a scholarship, your unit is paying for your fee, have a discount or partial payment approved, or any other financial situation -- you must receive an authorization code prior to registering from the CPC Finance Officer.
Early-Bird Raffle Entry Deadline: January 17th, 2020 at 11:59pm EASTERN Time Zone
General Registration Deadline: January 31st, 2020 at 11:59pm EASTERN Time Zone
Late-Fee Registration Deadline*: February 7th, 2020 at 11:59pm EASTERN Time Zone
Registrations after February 9th will be on a case-by-case basis, and may not receive access to the banquet.

Members who miss the general registration deadline will incur a $15 late charge added to their registration due to catering late fees imposed onto CPC --

Refund Policy:
The deadline to receive a FULL refund is 11:59pm on January 24th.
The deadline to receive a HALF refund is 11:59pm on January 31st.
Any cancellations during the month of February will result in
no refunds.
Although extenuating circumstances exist, CPC will not consider refunds after the deadline without appropriate and complete documentation.
All refunds must be requested
by completing the refund request form found on the acceptance packet website listed in your confirmation email. Any approved refunds will not be issued until 30-60 days after the event.
