The Advanced Manufacturing Office (AMO), part of the Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, will be conducting a Peer Review of its Program. Performers in AMO’s Research and Development element will make presentations on their work. Presentations will also be provided on other elements of the Program. Leading technology experts from the industrial and academic sectors have been invited to review AMO's Program and provide their view on its effectiveness and impact.
Accommodations - The room block at the hotel is full.
We have a LIMITED number of rooms at the Holiday Inn Rosslyn at Key Bridge, which is located 4 miles from the Doubletree. It will be a 10 minute uber ride or three stops on the metro. Directions and how to book your reservations are below. You MUST book your reservation by Wednesday, June 5th. After that, rooms will no longer be available.
The rate is $214 plus taxes per night, which is lower than per diem.

Metro Directions from Holiday Inn Rosslyn at Key Bridge to Doubletree Crystal City:
- Walk 0.2 mille to the Rosslyn Metro station
- Take the Blue line in the direction of Franconia-Springfield
- Go three stops (past Arlington Cemetery and Pentagon) and get off at Pentagon City
- From here, go up to the Hayes St. exit (not the mall exit) and you can either take the complimentary hotel shuttle, or walk a pleasant 0.5 mile walk to the Doubletree. The hotel shuttle runs every 20 minutes between the metro and the hotel
DoubleTree Crystal City Hotel Arrival Information
Please note that the DoubleTree Crystal City offers a free shuttle to and from Ronald Reagan National Airport. The hotel is Metro accessible via the Pentagon City Metro Station with a complimentary hotel shuttle. It is also a short four (4) block walk from the Metro Station.
DoubleTree Crystal City Shuttle Information:
The hotel uses white shuttle vans with DoubleTree Crystal City in brown letters and Embassy Suites in green letters on the side.
Seating is on a first come first served basis; the hotel recommends being in the departure area 5 minutes early.
The shuttle arrives at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport at approximately 20 and 50 minutes past the hour.
Air Tran, Midwest, Air Canada, Frontier, and Spirit
The shuttle picks up at the first inner traffic lane to the right. Next to the last shelter on the right, there is a sign that says Hotel Shuttle Stop.

Shuttles depart from the front of the hotel every 15 minutes from 5:00 AM to Midnight, Daily.
Complimentary shuttle service to and from the Pentagon City Mall/Metro (on the blue and yellow lines) is also offered by the hotel. The shuttle arrives at Pentagon City at approximately 10 and 40 minutes past the hour.

Saturday & Sunday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM
During the AMO Peer Review the Blue and Yellow Metro lines, will be shut down from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and all metro stations south. Additional DC Metro Area Airports
In addition to Reagan National there are two other airports, Dulles International and Baltimore-Washington International (BWI), in the DC metro area. Please note that these airports are located approximately 25 miles (Dulles) and 45 miles (BWI) from the hotel.

Parking at the hotel is $39 for overnight self-parking and $46 for Valet. We have a discounted parking rate of $19 per day (includes overnight parking. You can pick up the discount ticket at the registration desk. It must be used in conjunction with the ticket you receive when you pull into the parking garage.)
