Leadership Strategies for Building a Socially Responsible Organization

Speaker: Joanne L. Smikle, PhD, with Smikle Training Services


Complaints about morale, turnover and overall dissatisfaction abound. This thought-provoking session tackles the root causes of many malaises head-on and proposes social responsibility as a practical strategy for transforming workplaces. Connecting employees to their communities and each other enables progression along the path of the organization’s most positive, powerful potential. During this session, Joanne will provide leaders with the tools required to implement comprehensive strategies that connect their enterprises to the larger communities. She will provide a clear template for building meaningful social responsibility that invigorates employees and enhances relationships internally and externally.

This educational program is planned for .75 clock hours for CEU credits under the domain/knowledge area of Human Resources.
