This year, to kick off our Better Safer Pilot Series, we are offering this content to pilots in the Frederick, Maryland region. The April 21 session will include Vice President of Flight Operations Mike Filucci on engine failure on take-off, Runway Safety with Air Safety Institute Director of Education Paul Deres, and Landing and Go-Around Accidents with AOPA Chief Flight Instructor Fred Stahl.
The morning, offered at the National Aviation Community Center, 296 Bucheimer Road, Frederick, MD 21701 at the Frederick Municipal Airport, begins with a pancake breakfast from 8:00 am – 9:00 am, followed by presentations, questions and answers. This promises to be a not-to-be missed learning opportunity.
Cost for the 3-hour session - $20. Seating is limited to the first 100 registrants.
