WELCOME TO HFA'S 2018 SYMPOSIUM IN CLEVELAND, OHIO!

Hemophilia Federation of America’s annual educational Symposium in Cleveland, Ohio, is sure to be a rockin’ good time!

Join us for our Symposium, a national community-centered event that draws over 1,000 attendees, speakers, and exhibitors. Many voices will come together as one as we welcome people with bleeding disorders and their families from across the country to learn, share, and connect in a great city! You don’t want to miss it – Together We Rock!

Register and join HFA as we reconnect and meet new community members in Cleveland on April 26 – April 29, 2018!

First time attendees: Hemophilia Federation of America (HFA)'s scholarship program was created to give everyone an opportunity to attend Symposium at least once. Each year, HFA awards over 100 hotel or travel scholarships. Scholarships are limited to funding availability and based on financial need. (If your scholarship is not granted and you are unable to attend, your registration payment will be refunded.)

NOTE: HFA has strict registration requirements for all industry exhibitors and providers. This registration is only for those in the bleeding disorders community attending Symposium as a consumer. A separate registration process for exhibitors can be found at: http://exhibitor.hemophiliafed.org. The exhibitor registration site offers you the opportunity to contract for your booth space, access sponsorship opportunities, and register all of your team members. Please direct any questions you may have to development@hemophiliafed.org.

The registration fees are as follows:
Adult: $45.00/person (18+)
Child/Teen: $10.00/child, must be UNDER 18 Years Old
(This nominal fee reserves your child’s space in the Child/Teen Program)

PLEASE NOTE: The appropriate registration fee must be submitted as part of your registration.

By continuing, you agree that you are attending Symposium as a community member or staff of a bleeding disorders community-based nonprofit organization.
