All cancellations must be received via email at least 14 business days before the start of the conference (by midnight, October 5, 2017) -- no refunds will be made for requests received after that time. Prior to the 14-day mark, any cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail (email@example.com), or via fax (410-444-4695 / ATTN: Diane Paul). For these cancellations, refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made. Please allow two weeks for processing. Registrants who cancel will not receive conference materials.
