TABT Presents: A Perfect Medley for Teaching Science: Combining Team-Based Learning with Ca In this workshop, teachers will participate in a model lesson by working in teams to experience the power of combining team-based learning and case studies to teach high school biology. This will be followed by a "nuts and bolts" session with helpful information on how to make this model work in a classroom. Finally, teachers will select a case from examples provided and work with a team to begin developing a new lesson. Teachers will leave the workshop empowered to create TEK-aligned lessons for their own students using team-based learning and case studies.
