Welcome to the WCSAD Exhibit/Sponsorship Reservation Process. There are significant changes this year as we move to create a hybrid event. Each exhibitor who has a live exhibit will also receive a virtual booth. There are also options for virtual booths only. Revisions to the live exhibit hall and meeting space meet COVID protocols and provide a safe environment for our participants. Because of these safety measures, our exhibit hall has been reconfigured with 85 total exhibit spaces, 75 in the Fiesta Ballroom and 10 in the Flores Foyer.

With these revisions, there is not an opportunity to auto assign booths, as in previous years, for our returning sponsors and exhibitors. We have implemented a new process to custom select packages and locations, using the waiting list form to schedule a conversation with Dee McGraw about booking your placement for 2021. Please note that exhibit spaces are on a first-come basis so please schedule as soon as possible.

WCSAD uses your exhibit fees and sponsorship underwriting to keep our attendee costs low, our caliber of faculty and workshops high, and the WCSAD experience a memorable one. You will receive an additional email in April asking you to register anyone who will be staffing the exhibit booth. This process only reserves the exhibit.
