Welcome to the CORE Exhibit/Sponsorship Reservation Process. You will be given the opportunity to reserve the same exhibit that you had the previous year. If you wish to move to another location, select the I WOULD LIKE TO MOVE box and we will contact you with any remaining available location after February 28. If you choose not to renew your old location, it will be made available to the waiting list, but you must place yourself on the waiting list for another location.

If the exhibit space is purchased in 2017, you may delay payment until February 28, 2018. If the Exhibit is purchased in 2018, it will be held as Pending for 15 days after receipt of this contract. If payment is not received within 30 days of receipt of contract, the exhibit will be marked Available and contract will be null and void. All exhibits and sponsorships must be paid in full 45 days prior to the start of the event.

C4 Recovery Foundation is a non-profit organization that uses your exhibit fees and sponsorship underwriting to keep our attendee costs low, our caliber of faculty and workshops high, and the CORE experience a memorable one. Please consider supporting our efforts through a sponsorship. We have a wide variety of options for every budget, and your additional support would be greatly appreciated!

You will receive an additional email in April asking you to register anyone who will be staffing the exhibit booth. This process only reserves the exhibit.
