Welcome to the PROSPER Show 2018 page for Sponsors and Exhibitors. The 2018 Show will be held March 13-14, 2018 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, and will feature 2 days of intensive continuing education for larger Amazon sellers.


Please note our exhibitor booths are all sold out, while a couple sponsorships remain. See bottom of page for the link to remaining booths.

While attendees will be welcome to meet with exhibitors through the two days of the event, we will also feature a networking event the evening of March 13, 2018 where all attendees will be welcome to connect with exhibitors and other attendees.

As a frame of reference, the 2017 show had over 1,000 Amazon sellers present, with approximately 2/3 doing more than $1MM/annual sales on Amazon. We expect a similar type of audience at the 2018 show across 1200-1400 Amazon sellers.


Sponsorship Opportunities

Totebag insert sponsorship -- one item per sponsor: $2,500 - 2 remaining

Whether it’s an educational piece, a marketing document, a branded nick nack or a product sample, there are plenty of ways to help attendees learn about your brand through the materials inserted into each conference bag.  
No conference passes are included with this sponsorship.

Daytime food and beverage sponsorship (snacks/breaks, lunch – 9am to 4:30pm) - 1 available for each of March 13th and 14th: $3,000 each

Promote your brand when people are hungry! We will place 6’ to 8’ signage in front of each dining line at our event. The logo and 60-word overview of your company will also appear on the sponsors/exhibitors pages of the conference guide. You will also get the opportunity to make a 2-minute presentation during lunch over the microphone in the exhibitor hall.  
Two conference passes are included with this sponsorship.


8GB USB Stick for each attendee: $5,000 - 1 available.

PROSPER will offer each non-exhibitor attendee with a USB stick to use throughout the show. This product will continue to provide you with branding opportunities well after the show. PROSPER will arrange and pay for production of these USB sticks.

The USB stick will be branded with the sponsor's logo, can store up to 100 MB of the sponsor's marketing mateirals. Production will be handled by PROSPER. The sponsor logo is required by January 15, 2018 to ensure adequate production time before show.

Water cooler branded covers: $1,500 - 1 available.

PROSPER Show features at least 10 water coolers through the exhibitor hall and conference rooms. PROSPER will arrange and pay for production of these wrappers.

This sponsor will get its logo on the water cooler covers throughout the conference. The sponsor's logo is required by January 15, 2018 to ensure adequate production time before show.

Notebook sponsorship inserted into totebag - SOLD OUT

.PROSPER will arrange for production of notebooks. Logo due to PROSPER by February 1, 2018




Your notebook (approximately 4"x6" in size) will be used by attendees to capture all the amazing learnings from the show!

WIFI Internet Access sponsorship: SOLD OUT

PROSPER Show 2018 will offer all attendees free internet access. As the sponsor, you will have a splash page featuring your brand, and the password-protected site will feature your company name as the password (up to 12 characters). The logo and 60-word overview of your company will also appear on the sponsors/exhibitors pages of the conference guide

Evening networking event sponsorship March 13: SOLD OUT

Promote your brand when PROSPER attendees are all gathered to network! We will place 6’ to 8’ signage in front of each dining line at our event. The logo and 60-word overview of your company will also appear on the sponsors/exhibitors pages of the conference guide. You will also get the opportunity to make a 2-minute presentation during the networking event over the microphone in the exhibitor hall.

Morning seat drop, March 13 and 14 - 1 item per seat x 1,400 seats: SOLD OUT. 

As attendees sit down for the morning session, they will find your item awaiting them on their chairs. This is an opportunity for you to promote your brand through marketing materials. The logo and 60-word overview of your company will also appear on the sponsors/exhibitors pages of the conference guide.

Attendee Email Confirmation Advertising: SOLD OUT

As attendees sign up for PROSPER, they will each receive a confirmation email from PROSPER. And as we get closer to the show, there will be additional emails that go out to all attendees to notify them of operational issues (e.g., registration, hotels, prepping for show). We are offering one company the opportunity to have its brand logo and 60-word overview included at the bottom of these emails. We will include a link from your logo to your website. The logo and 60-word overview of your company will also appear on the sponsors/exhibitors pages of the conference guide.

General Session Screen Advertising between sessions 8:30am-5pm, March 13 and 14: SOLD OUT

Keep your eye on the prize! While attendees are waiting for new sessions to begin in the main session room, we will feature your brand on the screens at the front of the room. This branding opportunity allows you to tell your story in 1 slide that is shown for the 15-30 minutes between each session.

Mobile App branding sponsorship: $5,000 - SOLD OUT

PROSPER Show 2018 will feature a mobile app for all attendees to use to find presentations/exhibitors, and set up formal networking meetings with one another. The branding of the mobile app for the March 13-14 show is yours through this sponsorship. This sponsorship provides branding the cover photo.

The mobile app will feature your logo, and will allow users to link off the app to your business site. The logo and 60-word overview of your company will also appear on the sponsors/exhibitors pages of the conference guide

Table Networking Signage: SOLD OUT.

PROSPER Show 2018 will feature nearly 100 tables for networking meetings set up with the networking app we are also using.

Each table will feature a table number sign which will show the table number and the company logo of this sponsorship. The sponsor's logo is required by January 15, 2018 to ensure adequate production time before show. PROSPER will arrange and pay for production of these table tents.

Booth cost does not include additional drayage, labor, decoration or other available auxiliary services not listed in the booth package. 

Before booking your booth, please note that all exhibitors must provide documentation showing that they have property insurance for their booth, as well as general liability insurance. This requirement is consistent with most larger shows. You will be able to book a booth immediately, but will be required to provide documentation of the insurance more than 15 days before the start of the show.
