The Annual Conference & Trade Show will be held February 20-23, 2016 at the Gaylord Palms Resort located just outside Orlando in Kissimmee, Florida. Registration is open to all Property Industry professionals and includes over 600 contractors who participate on the DIAMOND Property Loss Solutions contractor management programs and Franchise Members of Disaster Kleenup International (DKI).

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION INFORMATION
  • Registration Desk: Conference Registration desk will be set up in the Sun Foyer & Lobby on the 2nd floor where all sessions will be held. Exhibitor Hall A (Florida Ballroom Trade Show Hall) is downstairs on the 1st floor. The Registration Desk will be open 12:00pm-7:30pm on 2/20 (Saturday), 6:30am-7:00pm on 2/21, 7:00am-7:30pm on 2/22 and 7:00am-2:00pm on 2/23. Badges must be picked up at Registration and worn to all sessions & events.
  • Pre-Conference Golf Outing: Celebration Golf Club - 1:30pm shotgun start on 2/20 ($120 - Includes Shuttle, Cart, Green Fees & Range Balls).
  • Pre-Conference Charity Outing: We're looking for volunteers on 2/20/16 from 1:30pm-6:00pm at the Gaylord Palms Resort for the Feeding Children Everywhere: Hunger Project! This Outing will entail simply showing up and packaging food for children in both the US and around the world.
  • Takedown: 3pm-7pm on 2/22 (Monday).
  • Receptions: 6pm-9pm on 2/21 (Sunday - Kickoff Cocktail in Exhibitor Hall), 7pm-11pm on 2/22 (Monday - Dinner & Awards Banquet).
  • Meals: Breakfast (7am) & Lunch (12pm) on 2/21, Breakfast (7am) & Lunch (12pm) on 2/22, Breakfast (7am) & Lunch (12pm) on 2/23.
  • Access: Exhibitors are not allowed to attend Town Hall, DSP Workshop or individual DKI Chapter Meetings. Exhibitors are encouraged to attend charity and golf outings, keynotes/general sessions, receptions and meals provided by the Conference.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: We have received several calls from attendees who have been solicited from a third party housing company for lower hotel rates for Insights. This is a scam and this company is in no way associated with Insights. Please only use the link or phone number Insights provides, when made available.
The Gaylord Palms is sold out on the nights of the 16th, 17th & 18th with limited availability on the 19th of February. Please note that you must make hotel reservations by the cut-off date of January 25th, 2016. With rooms selling out quickly, we encourage you to make your reservations ASAP. We recommend full-conference registrants check in on 2/20 (Saturday) and out on 2/23 (Final Day of Conference) or 2/24 (Wednesday).

Exhibitor Lead Retrieval
Lead retrieval is available at a cost of $200 per exhibiting company. Leads can be scanned on any web-enabled Android, iPhone or iPad device. Excel reports of your leads are available real-time. Exhibitors interested in purchasing lead retrieval can do so by logging into their booth record.

Please advise that the free hotel room night(s) applies only to Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Sponsors. Once your hotel reservations have been made, an Insights representative will be reaching out to you shortly before or after the Conference to inform you that the Gaylord has applied a credit to your folio.

BADGE REGISTRATION
If you have already purchased/selected your booth and still need to register additional staff beyond those that are included with your booth space, please purchase them on the Staff tab of your booth record. You will have the option to choose Standard Exhibitor Badge ($150 without Receptions Access) or Full Conference Exhibitor Badge ($275, includes Receptions Access).
