Registration Information

Conference Packages include:
Full Congress: Includes all sessions, events and meals on 4/22/12 - 4/24/12.
One Day: Includes sessions, events and meals on Monday only or Tuesday only.
Guests are welcome to attend special events and meals for an additional fee. Please register guests in advance so that we may accommodate them.
For Speakers/Presenters and Scholarship Recipients: Before registering online, please contact Kim Thomas, Project Manager at 206-448-1909 or [email protected] to receive the code.

Confirmation: All attendees will receive confirmation of registration via e-mail. Please review confirmation notices carefully. If you have not received a confirmation notice within one week of submitting your registration, or if you wish to change your registration information, please contact us at 206.448.1909.

Payment - You may choose to pay by check, credit card or purchase order. Please make checks out to the Washington State Arts Alliance Foundation. Full payment must be received within 7 days of registering online or your place in the conference may be released. Payment for registrations secured by a Purchase Order must be received by March 31, 2012.

Special Accommodation: We would like to ensure that your conference experience is a pleasant and comfortable one. Attendees needing special accommodations including hearing and visual aids, or special meal requests please indicate needs at registration. You may also contact Kim Thomas at [email protected].

Cancellations & Refunds: All requests for refunds must be made in writing to Washington State Arts Alliance Foundation. Full refunds will be issued to requests received by March 31, 2012. There will be a $50 service fee for refunds.
