PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH YOUR REGISTRATION SELECTION:
1.) TO SPONSOR & EXHIBIT: To purchase a sponsorship, you MUST contact a member of our Exhibitor/Sponsor team for a unique promo code to confirm that your preferred sponsorship opportunity is available. All sponsorship opportunities include a complimentary exhibit booth. Once you have received your promo code, complete the registration process for your sponsorship and exhibit booth by clicking on "Sponsor & Exhibit," below. You will be guided step-by-step through the process to choose your complimentary exhibit booth location, enter your promo code to select and pay for your sponsorship opportunity, register your staff attendees, and choose meals/events for those attendees.
Before beginning the process, please be sure to have the following:
• Promo code provided by Exhibitor/Sponsor Co-Chairs (contact information provided below)
• High resolution digital image of your company logo
• Company information as it should appear on all conference materials
• Company representative who will serve as the pre-show contact
• Name and contact info of on-site staff attendees
• Meal/event choices for on-site staff attendees
• Credit card or electronic check info for payment
2.) TO EXHIBIT ONLY: If you would like to exhibit only at our upcoming 2018 conference, please click on the appropriate registration category under "Register as an Exhibitor Only," below. Early Bird Exhibitors must use the code provided by the Exhibitor/Sponsor Co-Chairs. All other exhibitors do not need a promo code. You will be guided step-by-step through the process to select and pay for your exhibit booth, enter company information for conference materials, register your staff attendees, and choose meals/events for those attendees.
