$100 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT DUE WITH APPLICATION. If you are selected, the deposit will be applied toward your booth fee and you will receive a Merchant Agreement to review and sign. Merchants not selected will be refunded the deposit. Merchants who are selected and sign the Merchant Agreement, then later decide to withdraw, will not be refunded the $100 deposit. Booth space (not location) is guaranteed once Merchant Agreement is executed and booth fee is paid in full. Payment in full for booth fees must be received on or before September 1, 2016. Payment plans are available prior to July 1, 2016.
