Poster Session and Share-a-thon Schedule
See a current schedule for the poster sessions and share-a-thons that will be presented at the meeting.
Poster Guidance
All projects are expected to contribute one (1) poster to the meeting. The poster should describe the goals of the project and recent accomplishments with special attention paid to the status of evaluation for the project, e.g., include any frameworks for evaluation that have been developed and/or results of evaluation*. Also, be sure to include the name and affiliation of the Principal Investigator, the project title, and the funding agency (or agencies).
Posters should not exceed the dimensions of the poster display stands (8’ wide x 4’ tall). Push pins will be provided. If you have more than one active climate change education-related project, you are allowed to contribute one poster that combines information about the multiple projects. Also, you may re-use recently developed posters as long as the contents of the poster meet the requirements stated above and there haven’t been any significant changes in the project since the poster was developed.
During the registration process you will be asked to submit a 250-word abstract describing your project and poster. Only one abstract per NASA, NOAA, and/or NSF-funded project should be submitted. The overall project abstract should only be submitted by one (1) representative of each NASA, NOAA, and/or NSF-funded project. Other representatives should indicate in the abstract field the person on their project team who is submitting the abstract.
*If the project's evaluator will be in attendance at the meeting, they may submit one additional, evaluation-focused abstract when they register for the meeting, and present that as a separate poster during an assigned session.
Abstracts will be used to create a summary of projects for attendees.
Note: You do not need to submit an e-poster at the time of registration. We are exploring alternative options for e-posters.

Share-a-thon Guidance
For this year’s meeting, we will combine the share-a-thon with the poster sessions rather than holding a separate share-a-thon. The PI’s that have indicated their interest in participating in the share-a-thon have received instruction via email from [email protected].
