Welcome to the Online Proposal Submission Process for the 2013 National Smart Start Conference. The conference will be held April 29 - May 2, 2013 in Greensboro, NC at the Joseph S. Koury Convention Center.
The National Smart Start Conference is where early childhood leaders gather to learn and share strategies and opportunities to accelerate outcomes for children, families, and communities.
For more than a decade, thousands of early education leaders have traveled to North Carolina for this one-of-a-kind event, the nation's largest conference devoted to early education systems and strategies.
We are accepting proposals in the following areas:
- Early Care and Education
- Early Childhood Health
- Family Support and Leadership
- Public Engagement and Advocacy
- Early Childhood System Development
The deadline for submissions is 5 PM on November 9, 2012.
You may view and update your record at any time prior to the deadline. Once you have submitted your proposal, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to make changes or corrections to your submission.
