Contractor Attendee Registration/Information
No walk-in registrations will be allowed. (Registration will close on Oct 22nd)The registration fee is $300 per attendee and is required of all attendees, even if your attendance is only for the display portion.
Day Passes are also available for those who want to attend just one day, the fee is $200 per attendee.
We are also offering an opportunity to profile your company by offering two levels of sponsorship for attendee only registrations. Your company logo and sponsorship level will be prominently displayed throughout the WWR venue and in the WWR agenda.

Fees are requested by Sept 1st, later submissions will be assessed an additional $100 late fee for regular attendee registrations and $100 late fee for Day Passes and will be accepted pending space availability. Payment can be made by electronic check or credit card.
Registrants will receive FULL refunds (less administrative/processing fees) if requested prior to Sept 1st. Cancellations after that date will NOT be honored; however attendee substitutions will be permitted at any time.
Once you have registered for the WWR you will be given a link to make your hotel reservations at the prevailing government per diem rate. This year's event rate includes complimentary internet in the guest rooms, waived resort fees and free parking.
