Continuing Legal Education
 
The Sixth Circuit Judicial Conference is an accredited sponsor of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs. We have been approved for CLE in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Ohio as provided below. There are currently no CLE requirements in Michigan.

Ohio:
This course has been approved by the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 12.00 total CLE hours, with 1.00 credit hour of attorney professional conduct instruction.

Please note: The maximum credit an attorney can receive is 12.00 hours of CLE credit. This credit can be all general hours, or it can be 11.00 general hours and 1.00 hours of attorney professional conduct. If a participant does not attend all possible sessions, they will need to report less than the total hours of instruction.

Kentucky:
This activity has been approved by the Kentucky Bar Association Continuing Legal Education Commission for a maximum of 12.00 credits. Ethics credits are included in the total number of credits.

Please note: The maximum credit an attorney can receive is 12.00 hours of CLE credit. This credit can be all general hours, or it can be 11.00 general hours and 1.00 ethics credit. If a participant does not attend all possible sessions, they will need to report less than the total hours of instruction.

Tennessee: 
This course has been approved by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education for a maximum of 12.00 hours of credit.

The maximum credit an attorney can receive is 12.00 hours of CLE credit. Credits listed as “dual” may be counted as ethics/professionalism hours or general hours, as needed by each attorney. If a participant does not attend all possible sessions, they will need to report less than the total hours of instruction. The deadline to submit forms to our office for submission to the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education is close of business on FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 16.
