Meeting Registration

Registration Rates for 2009: The early bird registration rate of $850.00 per person is offered only until July 31, 2009. From July 31 to October 7, the registration rate will be $975.00 per person. This year, we will be charging an onsite registration rate of $1,100. This rate will be effective starting October 8 through the duration of the event.

NOTE - Attendee registration and full payment must be received by September 9, 2009 for attendee name to be included in the Annual Meeting Program.

Fees & Attendees
The 47th Annual Meeting is open to IAM member only. All fees must be paid in advance. Payment may be made by check, money order, or credit card. Checks or money orders not drawn on a US bank will be returned. If you pay by check or money order, you must mail your payment to the Registration Office along with the registration form (see link to form above).

Transfers
To transfer your registration to another person in your organization, we ask that you mail or fax a written request on company letterhead to:

Changes & Cancellation Policy
All cancellations for meeting attendees must be received in writing on company letterhead, and mailed or faxed to the Registration Office. All cancellations that are not postmarked, faxed or emailed on or before September 9, 2009, will receive a refund minus an administrative charge of $250.00. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AFTER SEPTEMBER 9, 2008.

Meeting Directory Listing
To ensure listing in the Directory of Attendees, IAM must receive your registration no later than September 9, 2009. Please note that your name will appear EXACTLY as you indicate on your registration form. Your company name will appear the way it is listed in the Membership Directory.
