The Independent Show is an invitation only event, held specifically for NCTC and ACA member companies. As a closed event, programmers, hardware vendors and other industry companies may be eligible to attend based upon the following attendance policy. Questions can be directed to the NCTC or ACA Meeting Planners.

NCTC Member Cable Operators |
- NCTC/ACA Member cable operators in good standing may register any employee of their company as an "Attendee".
- NCTC/ACA Board Members.

- Member Consultants:
NCTC/ACA Members must have prior approval before registering any consultants on their behalf.
- Affiliate or Parent Corporations:
NCTC/ACA Members must have prior approval before registering any affiliates with their company or any Parent Corporations.
- No NCTC/ACA Member cable operator is allowed to extend invitations to any outside company without prior approval of the NCTC.
- Non-NCTC/ACA Member Cable Operators may not attend this event.

- Financial Companies, Brokers, Consulting or Management Companies may not attend.

Industry Professionals / Press / Speakers & Presenters |
- All Industry Professionals and Press must be invited by the NCTC to attend

NCTC Approved Vendors, Service Providers and Programmers |
- NCTC contracted hardware vendors and technology related service providers in good standing with NCTC may register any employee of that company as an "Exhibitor Attendee."
- NCTC contracted multiline hardware distributors may register no more than two representatives from each of their manufacturing companies to attend the show. Any more than two reps must be approved by the NCTC.
- NCTC reserves the right to invite additional exhibitors as they see fit to meet the needs of the membership, including those companies asked to formally present or speak at the conference.

- Any hardware vendor, service provider or programmer that is not currently affiliated with NCTC including those owned by NCTC Member companies may not attend.
- No exhibitor may invite a third party without prior approval of the NCTC.
