Room Block
A limited block of rooms is available at a rate of $284.00 per night (subject to applicable lodging, city, and state taxes, a 2.95% public improvement fee and a $32.00 daily resort charge per room).
Rooms in this block will be offered on a first come, first-served basis by making your reservations online at https://book.passkey.com/go/ECJC21 or by calling 719-623-5112 or 855-634-7711 and asking for the Eighth Circuit Judicial Conference room block.
Based on room availability, the special room rate will be extended by the hotel three (3) days pre/post conference dates.
All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card. In order to prevent a cancellation fee of one night's room rate, cancellation, or reduction in arrival and/or departure dates must be confirmed no later than seven (7) days prior to your arrival date.
Guest room check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
The hotel reservations cut-off date is Friday, October 1, 2021.
Parking
Self-parking at The Broadmoor is available in the garage only. The charge to self-park for a 24-hour period is $25 per night, including in and out privileges. If a guest would like to self-park for the day, the charges are $4 for the first hour and $2 for each additional hour up to a maximum of $12 per day.
Valet parking is available to all overnight guests of The Broadmoor. The charge is $32 per night. This fee is charged directly to a guest's room.
Valet parking is also available to those guests coming in for the day to dine or shop. This is a complimentary, day service. Gratuities are at the guest's discretion.
Health and Safety
The Broadmoor hotel staff are strongly encouraged to be vaccinated and the hotel regularly hosts vaccine clinics for staff, family, and friends. Hotel staff and guests have individual choice wearing a mask. The Broadmoor follows all federal and state mandates related to COVID-19 and will update their directives when mandates change.
