On Saturday July 24th at a time to be determined our Live Kick-Off Meeting will be held and access to the educational library will begin. Access to this content closes on on September 30th, 2021.
Registration for 2021 is by Credit Card or Check - deadline to register is September 15th, 2021 11:59 PM.
- NATA Member registration fee is $65 (NATA membership dues include SWATA and state memberships. SWATA Membership cannot be purchased separately)

Your SWATA Registration will provide access to a Virtual SWATA 2021 Educational Library via EventRebels so you can watch, learn, and evaluate diverse speaker presentations from a menu of lectures with abstracts and learning objectives covering the domains of Athletic Training practice. Each presentation will be 1, 1.5, or 2 CEUs each accessible July 24-September 15, 2021 with a maximum of 20 CEUs expected to be available.
You will have the choice of a variety of topics including Category A certificate, EBP certificate and concussion focused presentations. WITHIN your max 20 CEUs you will be entitled to a total of 6 EBP CEUs.

Category A: In order to obtain a category A CEU certificate you must view at least 90% of the recorded lecture and complete a survey regarding the presenter and material.

Evidence Based Practice (EBP): In order to obtain EBP CEU Certificate you must view at least 90% of the recorded lecture and complete an enhanced survey or quiz/knowledge check
Over the next few weeks you will be receiving more communication to share details on registering and how to access the information during the attendance window. We are committed to offer a quality event with something beneficial to all of our members and registrants.

9:30 – VSATA LIVE Synchronous Lecture Available to registered VSWATA Attendees
Using wet bulb globe temperatures for creating policies for activity restrictions in the heat - "one size doesn't fit all regions in the USA" 1.5 Cat A CEUs. Presenters: Bud Cooper, EdD, LAT, ATC, CSCS and Andrew Grundstein, PhD
The content will be available in the on-demand content for ones unable to attend the live event.
11:45 – SWATA Awards and Member Recognition and Annual Business Meeting
This event is open to all SWATA Members; an eblast will be sent with required log-on information. Please join as we recognize SWATA members for service, leadership, and unique contributions to our Association. Your Executive Board will provide you an update on the Association and upcoming initiatives. Members will have the opportunity to vote on the proposed changes to the NATA By-Law with the creation of District 11.
TSATA Texas Forum – to follow the SWATA Members Event. Attendance information will be provided prior to event
Wednesday, July 28
6 PM-9PM LIVE Synchronous Safe Space Ally Training for the Athletic Trainer
Event is part of the VSWATA program; it requires specific registration for the event, at no additional cost above the VSWATA registration fee, with a limit of 40 participants to facilitate the training content. This event is only available at this one time and will not be available in the on-demand content.
Registration closes 11:59 (central time), Tuesday, July 28 and registered attendees will receive access information the morning of July 28. 3.0 Cat A CEUs for attending this event.
