Booth Registration/Information

COVID-19 UPDATE

In an effort to promote a safe 2021 World Wide Review, the following changes/restrictions will be implemented: 

NEW UPDATE: Recent guidance updates have now added a requirement for all attendees to present proof of COVID-19 fully vaccinated status (immunization card or shot record) or a negative COVID-19 test completed within 72 hours prior to conference check-in.
 
Attendee registration will be capped at 1,100 attendees and all attendees must be paid prior to the show date.
 
No walk-in registrations will be allowed.  (Registration will close on Oct 23^rd or when 1,100 attendees are reached, whichever occurs first).
 
All conference attendees will be required to wear a mask.
 
We have expanded our footprint within the facility to give us additional space and ask that everyone do their part to observe social distancing.
Covid symptom reminders/Social distancing reminder signs will be posted throughout the facility, along with hand sanitizing stations.
 
We will offer expanded check-in hours:
Sun Oct 24^th from 9:00am to 6:30pm
Mon Oct 25^th from 6:00am to 5:00pm
Tue Oct 26^th from 7:00am to 1pm

Booth Spaces

Booth reservation is on a First Come First Served basis.

Booth displays will be in the Caribe Royale Convention Center. The display room will be available for setup beginning Sunday Oct 24th. Exhibits are scheduled to remain in place until 4 pm Tuesday, Oct 26th.

Booth displays will be 10x10 in size for all booths. All booth spaces include 2 chairs, table, trash can and Wi-Fi.

The Ballroom where the exhibits are located is carpeted.

Exhibitor booth displays will be $900 per booth which includes 1 attendee registration if purchased prior to September 1st. Booth registrations after September 1st will be $1,000.  The fee for the booth is non-refundable after Sept 1st.

We are also offering an opportunity to profile your company by offering Gold and Platinum levels of sponsorship.  Your company logo and sponsorship level will be prominently displayed throughout the WWR venue and in the WWR agenda.

	Gold		$3,000	(includes 1 attendee + 1 booth and company provided  literature included in registration packet if desired*)
	Platinum		$5,000	(includes 2 attendees + 2 booths and company provided  literature included in registration packet if desired*)   *TCG reserves the right to limit the literature provided
