- Each exhibit booth will be marked with Booth ID Sign
- If you have additional Audio-Visual needs, please complete the order form located in the MAG exhibitor kit which will be emailed by GES once your exhibit booth is confirmed.

IMPORTANT DATES
- August 5 - Cancellation Policy - Due to limited space, we request you let us know by August 5, 2020 in the event you won’t be utilizing an exhibit space assigned to you so we may offer it to other interested parties.
- September 20 - Exhibitor Set Up between 12:00pm–5:00pm CT
- September 22 - Exhibitor Tear Down between 3:30pm–7:00pm CT
- September 21-22 - Networking (Prime Times) Exhibits will be open from 8:00am-5:30pm on Monday and on Tuesday from 8:00am-3:30pm and will include AM/PM designated networking breaks on both days. Evening Networking Events will be taking place outdoors, weather permitting.
EXHIBIT MATERIALS SHIPPING
The MAG is requiring all exhibitors to use GES to ship to and from the conference. Once your exhibit space is confirmed, MAG staff will send the GES exhibitor kit via email which will include shipping information.
