NCTC Approved Programmers or Suppliers:                                                                  Register Now!

• Programmers, suppliers and service providers must have an established relationship or agreement with NCTC to be eligible for an invitation. 
• Invitations, including a registration password, will be e-mailed on or before August 17
• If you do not know if you are an approved NCTC supplier or programmer, please contact Lisa Miller.

• NCTC reminds members and other attendees that registration is for a single registrant. 
• NCTC reserves the right to cancel or change the topic, timing or speakers of any session. 
• Views expressed during presentations are those of the providers and attendees. NCTC does not accept any liability for any advice given or views expressed, or in any notes or documentation provided to attendees.
• Please note that for promotional purposes or future learning, sessions may be recorded. By taking part in these sessions, providers, and attendees release NCTC, its employees, and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitalizing, or publishing any content, interviews, photos, computer images, text chats, videos, and/or sound recordings. By taking part in the virtual meeting events, providers and attendees grant NCTC permission to use interviews, photos, computer images, and/or sound recordings for the purposes set out above.
• NCTC reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions without advance notice.  Further, NCTC is not responsible for any travel or telecommunication costs incurred for attendance.  NCTC will not issue any refunds due to any attendees’ lack or failure of internet service.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to Lisa Miller at [email protected] and must be received within 30 days of the last session. No refunds will be made for cancellations after 30 days of final session.
