HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Runners have the option to book their hotels on their own or stay in the RFY Hotel. The RFY hotel rate will be guaranteed until the cut off date.
 
The RFY Hotel will not be on Disney property and transportation is at the runners expense to all events.

Hotel Accommodations are included in the RFY Package when you stay in the RFY hotel and raise additional funds for SYF. Runners sharing rooms may divide the fundraising amount listed below.

Need to fly to participate?
No worries! Fly My Group will cover and make flight arrangements for runners that need them, once 50% of your fundraising goal is met! (Economy ticket, max. value of $600.00). Ticket may only be purchased through SYF. Runners will not receive a credit against their fundraising goal for tickets purchased on own.  Airline information must be provided a minimum of four weeks prior to departure.
