Manager FAQs
Vendors support Associa Cares mission with their monetary contribution… Your time is your charitable contribution!

This event is built around your participation. Vendors pay from $2,100.00 to $10,000.00 to have the opportunity to interact with you! Below are some FAQs to help our managers prepare for this exciting event:

Q: What time do I need to be at The Waterford?
A: Registration starts at 8:00 am. Plan for traffic and arrive early so that the networking program can start on time. 

Q: What should I wear?
A: Look your best! Managers should wear professional attire. comfortable shoes are recommended as you will be on your feet for most of the day. Also, dressing in layers as the temperature in the ballroom may rise throughout the day. 

Q: Where should I park?
A: Parking at the Waterford is available but limited. Arrive on time or early to secure a parking space at the venue. Additional parking is available at nearby hotels or the Springfield Mall. Managers are encouraged to carpool if possible. The Waterford is also easily accessible by metro.

Q: Will meals be provided?
A: A light breakfast will be served during registration and a full lunch buffet is provided. At the conclusion of the organized networking event, a hosted cocktail reception will be offered with light hors d’ oeuvres and beverages.

Q: Do I have to go to tables if I don’t need a service provided by a vendor?
A: YES! Managers must rotate to all tables in order with their assigned group. Vendors are paying good money for the opportunity to network with our management teams. If you don’t need a service now, you may in the future. Be polite to all vendors and thank them for their time and participating in our event. Remember, we’re all hosting this event and vendors are our special guests!   

Q: Do I have to stay for the entire event?
A: Managers should plan to be at the Vendor Fair from start to finish. We ask that you remain in the ballroom during the structured networking times and avoid lingering in the lobby areas. Attendance is mandatory. If you have an unavoidable scheduling conflict or must leave the event early, you must have the advanced approval of your division director and branch president. 

Q: Is there anything I should bring to the event?
A: Bring plenty of business cards, a smile and a good attitude!

A: Registration starts at 8:00 am. Plan for traffic and arrive early so that the networking program can start on time.

Q: What should I wear?
A: This year we’ve decided to take our event outside and as such we are allowing a slightly more relaxed dress code. Manager’s should still dress appropriately in comfortable business casual attire. Slacks and a collared shirt are appropriate. Dress for the weather a layer if needed. Also, its suggested that women wear flat shoes since the majority of the event will take place under the tent in a grassy area.

A: Parking at the Farm Brewery is open and abundant. We ask that all attendees follow the parking signs when arriving at the venue.

This event is built around your participation. Through your generous donations we can provide the victims of manmade and natural disasters the relief they need to rebuild! Below are some FAQs about our special event that will help you prepare for the best networking experience possible:

What time do I need be at The Farm Brewery?
A: Registration starts at 8:00 am. Plan for traffic and arrive early so that the networking program can start on time.

Q: Where should I park?
A: Parking at the Farm Brewery is open and abundant. We ask that all attendees follow the parking signs when arriving at the venue.

Q: Will meals be provided?
A: A light breakfast will be available during registration and a full lunch buffet is provided. At the conclusion of the organized networking event, a hosted cocktail reception will be offered with food trucks and beverages served inside the Brew Barn.

Q: What size is my booth?
A: Networking tables in the tent are approximately 4ft in diameter round tables. For those vendors who also registered for a display table, you will be provided a 6ft rectangular table positioned in near the registration area.

Q: Is power available at my booth or networking table?
A: Power is not available or provided at networking tables.

Q: How long will I have to network with each manager?
A: To provide as much facetime with as many managers as possible, we limit the time at each table to 2-3 minutes. This allows for a brief introduction and description of the services your company provides. Please do not try and close any business during the structured networking session. Additional unstructured networking opportunities will be available during the lunch break and afternoon cocktail reception. Also, all vendors will receive the Vendor Fair Book which has every manager’s contact information for post event follow up.

Q: Is there anything I should bring to the event?
A: Bring plenty of business cards, marketing handouts or giveaways, a smile and a good attitude! While it’s not required some vendors bring door prizes that are raffled off at the end of the event.
