| Learn to make a spray of gumpaste wild roses with leaves which would make a beautiful additon to your cakes. You will learn to cut and shape petals to show movement, work with gumpaste and learn petal dusting techniques, the use of various tools used to make flowers, hand shaping and how to make your own stamens.
