School of Cakeology   In this 3- hour class you’ll see just how easy it is to make beautiful pulled sugar roses.
In class, you’ll be learning how to prep the Isomalt, working with a heat lamp, pulling and shaping the warm sugar into pedals to make the rose. Then it’s on to stems and leaves to finish off your beautiful roses. We’ll also be covering safety, coloring, flavoring, storing and so much more in class. 
 
No molds will be used in this class and all supplies are included, how great it that?
