In this demo, the instructor will show the process of sculpting a face in modelling chocolate, from the structure to the final touches in a power point that will be showed to the audience with the projector.

The instructor will bring a half-done face to show the beginning of the process and the final result. The instructor will work on the non-done half part to explain to the audience how to model & build the human face.
