Sugar Flowers are a beautiful addition to any cake and in this class, students will learn the detailed and delicate Bougainvillea or paper flower.  You’ll create the petals, leaves, and centers in class and then dust and assemble a spray of these stunning flowers. Each student will have the opportunity to practice advanced sugar flower techniques like veining, dusting, and glazing.  There will be plenty of time for questions and problem-solving design and execution dilemmas.

ALL TOOLS AND MATERIALS ARE FOR CLASSROOM USE ONLY. STUDENTS WILL LEAVE WITH COMPLETED PROJECTS. ALL CLASS SALES ARE FINAL!
