This workshop will teach you the following techniques:

- Painting and drawing on sugar fondant: how and with what material to make The Tinker Bell Mermaid or any other drawing on your cakes and create a 3D effect

- How to realize and model waves with wafer paper

·         - the realization of the hole effect - work on the scales effect

·         -  Create mosaic technique

- How to cover your cake or dummy with sugar fondant with perfectly straight angles.

All students Will be working on cake dummy.

NOTE: Class will break from 1pm-3pm. This break is mandatory! 

ALL TOOLS AND MATERIALS ARE FOR CLASSROOM USE ONLY. STUDENTS WILL LEAVE WITH COMPLETED PROJECTS. ALL CLASS SALES ARE FINAL!
