Platinum is the top support level. Companies with a total contribution to registration, sponsorships and other purchases that exceeds $18k before May 1, 2019, or $20k thereafter will be recognized as platinum sponsors. Platinum sponsors are allowed two slides to be shown during session intermissions that showcase their company, including sponsorship level, and to announce exclusive offerings. They will receive eight courtesy Banquet tickets, four Thank You reception tickets, and thirty drink tickets to distribute at their discretion.
Gold is the second highest support level. Companies with a total contribution to registration, sponsorships and other purchases that exceeds $13k before May 1, 2019 or $15k thereafter will be recognized as gold sponsors. Gold sponsors are allowed one slide to showcase their company during session intermissions. They will receive six courtesy Banquet tickets, three Thank You reception tickets, and twenty drink tickets to distribute at their discretion.
Silver is the third highest support level. Companies with a total contribution to registration, sponsorships and other purchases that exceeds $8k before May 1, 2019, or $10k thereafter will be recognized as silver sponsors. Silver sponsors will have their company logo prominently displayed with other silver sponsors during session intermissions. They will receive four courtesy Banquet tickets, two Thank You reception tickets, and ten drink tickets to distribute at their discretion.
Every booth is provided with 1 table, 2 chairs and a trash bin. The booths are separated using a pipe and drape system, so this means that you would have to provide hard shell walls if your display requires it. Electricity is provided at every booth.
