We are building our list of vendors. Be prepared for a large selection of Miata-related vendors as well as other-market vendors.
The vendor area will be indoors, with garage door access for loading and unloading. If you need tables or electricity, you will need to contact the Gaylord Texan directly to discuss requirements and cost. If you would like to be a vendor at the event, please send an email to Vendor Request and include the following information:
- Name of company
- Name of contact person
- Address
- City, State, ZIP
- Daytime contact number for contact person
- Email address for the contact person
- Items you would have for sale
- If you need tables or chairs, include the number of chairs and tables you would need, including table size.
- If you need electricity, include in your email that you need electricity.
As a result of your e-mail, you will receive additional information concerning the event.
You can download the exhibitor kit provided by the hotel.
