The NEW ENGLAND RURAL HEALTH CONFERENCE – Our Communities | Our Health is the premier interdisciplinary networking and educational event in the region. Take advantage of this rare opportunity to support rural health improvement efforts as well as to gain exposure to our attendees.

Their focus will be on transitions in the healthcare environment as well as transitions in practice.
