Extending at the Sheraton Warsaw
If you would like to arrange for additional nights, here is what you need to know!
Discounted Connection rates are good three days prior to and three days after the Connection dates, based on availability.
You can choose your extension dates during registration.
The hotel room rates are 1035 PLN Single / 1127 PLN Double / 1277 Triple plus VAT.
Room rate includes buffet breakfast in Hotel Restaurant
There is a maximum of 3 people per room allowed, regardless of age.
Payment for additional rooms will be paid upon check-in at the hotel.
The daily buffet breakfast surcharge will not apply to children age 6 and younger.
Extension to Krakow

**The deadline to confirm extensions at the quoted rates is Wednesday, June 12th. After this date, you can still join for the extension however we can’t guarantee the quoted rate and availability at the Hotel Stary and will have to check on rate and availability at that time.**

Option 1: Two Days in Krakow
Sunday, August 19th – Tuesday, August 21st

Explore Krakow & the Salt Mines, and on the 3rd day tour the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp -
