The conference will be held at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center, located in Alexandria Virginia.

Sleeping Rooms:
We have secured a limited amount of sleeping rooms at the government per diem rate of $201. Should the per diem rate change, the prevailing per diem rate at the time of the conference will be charged.
Applicable sales tax will be charged - currently 12.5% plus a $1 Alexandria occupancy tax.

Parking:
Parking is complimentary - your ticket will be validated at the conference registration desk at the hotel.

Shuttle Service:
Shuttle service is available from the Pentagon City Metro starting at 6:10 am. The shuttle picks up at :10 and :40 every hour until 10:40 pm. Please wait outside the Ritz Carlton Hotel at Pentagon City Mall. Limited shuttle service is available in the afternoon from King Street Metro - service begins at 4:15 pm until 10:15 pm.  

Shuttle service is available from Reagan National Airport (DCA). Pick-up is at :20 and :50 every hour from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Please wait at either Door 5 or 9 for pick-up.

The shuttle departs the hotel for the metro and the airport on the hour and on the half-hour starting at 6:00 am until10:00 pm.

Reservation Deadline:
The deadline to receive the reduced rate is March 26, 2008.

The rate is available for the night of April 16th and 17th. Alimited number of rooms are available prior to and after the conference at the group rate and are based on availability at the time of making the reservation.

Cancellation Fee:
Your reservation can be cancelled with-in 24 hours of your check-in date with no penalty. Any reservation cancelled with-in 24 hours of check-in will incur a one night room and tax penalty.

Check-In/Check-out Time:
Hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm, check-out time is 12:00 noon. All guests arriving before 3:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. The front desk staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guest attending functions on departure day.

Early Departure Fee:
In the event that a guest checks out prior to the guests reserved check-out date, the hotel will add an early departure fee of $75. In order to avoid the early check-out fee, the guest should advise the hotel at or before check-in to the guests stay.
