  • Grievance Policy
If you have encountered any problems regarding your experience at a Brattleboro Retreat sponsored educational activity, please contact the Office of Continuing Education's Manager at 802-258-6737 as soon as possible.

If your problem is not satisfactorily resolved in a timely manner, you may request and submit a Grievance Procedure Form and return it to the Office of Continuing Education as soon as possible. All such grievances will be brought to  the Manager's supervisor and Continuing Education Steering Committee for resolution.  If the grievance is not satisfactorily resolved at this level, it will go to the Vice President, Development and Communications.  You will be informed of the status of complaint at all levels.
